Brian Belichick, Stephen Belichick, and Amanda Belichick are the three children Bill had with his ex-wife Debby Clarke Belichick. Bill met his wife Debby when they were at Wesleyan University, and became quite close, where they stated their relationship that went on throughout and after college.
After their college, the duo got married in 1977. But the marriage that began with love went sour and the two divorced in the summer of 2006 following Belichick’s accusation of maintaining a relationship with former Giants receptionist Sharon Shenocca. According to reports, they had separated before the 2004 season.
Bill and Debby’s three children who are Amanda, Stephen, and Brian are now grown. Their daughter, Amanda, is the eldest. She went to Wesleyan University too, like her parents, and played college lacrosse.
Amanda served in the admissions department of the Rosemary Hall preparatory school and also was working as a lacrosse coach there simultaneously. Following this, she became the assistant coach for the Amherst women’s lacrosse team at the University of Massachusetts in 2009, and after that joined the Ohio State Buckeyes in the same position in 2010. In 2015, she became the head coach at Holy Cross College, also located in Massachusetts.
Stephen played football and lacrosse on a scholarship at Rutgers University. He was hired as an assistant coach with the New England Patriots in 2012, after completing his education. He served under his father and was promoted to safety coach in 2016.
Brian who is the youngest child studied at Trinity College and also played lacrosse with the school’s team. He was also involved with the Patriots around the time his brother was promoted to safeties coach. He served as a scouting assistant with them.
