On April 1, 2021, Scott and the Eagles agreed to a one-year exclusive-rights free agent tender. The COVID list included him on January 3, 2022.

On January 10, a week after being placed on inactive status, he was able to participate in all but one game for the Eagles. In 16 games, he concluded the 2021 season with 87 carries for 373 yards and 7 running touchdowns.

In the Wild Card Round of the playoffs, he scored a 34-yard rushing touchdown against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but the team lost 31-15.

Scott re-signed with the Eagles on March 18, 2022. Scott played in 15 games in 2022, two of which he started. In his final 54 carries, he gained 217 yards and three touchdowns.

Scott scored a running touchdown against the New York Giants in the divisional round as well as the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship. Scott made the Eagles’ trip to Super Bowl LVII possible.

Scott helped the Philadelphia Eagles lose to the Kansas City Chiefs 38-35 in the Super Bowl with three carries for eight running yards and one reception for nine receiving yards.

Scott renewed his one-year deal with the Eagles on March 15, 2023.
