Sean Patrick Payton is an American football coach who is the head coach for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League (NFL) and a former quarterback.
Payton lived in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, during his grade school and middle school years (1970–1978). He attended Naperville Central High School in Naperville, Illinois, starting as quarterback his senior year before graduating in 1982.
Winning a football scholarship, Payton had a successful career playing quarterback at Eastern Illinois University, leading the Panthers to an 11–2 record and the quarter-finals of the Division I-AA Playoffs in 1986.

Sean Payton is the third of four children born to Jeanne Payton and Thomas Payton. He has two sisters, Patrice Payton and Molly Payton, and one elder brother, Tom Payton.
Thomas A. Payton alias Tom Payton was born on March 16, and he attended Marple Newtown Senior High School. If Tom Payton is the oldest child of his parents, then he could be around 62 to 65 years depending on the gap at which his siblings were born.
Tom Payton graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences from Widener University. He then worked as a director of telemarketing at American Financial Mortgage Corporation for two years.
After that, Tom Payton switched companies and worked for four years for Delaware Savings Bank as a telemarketing director. In 2000, he joined the Progressive Business Publication as a regional manager and left the company in 2004.
Tom Payton then worked as a store manager at Mattress Firm for sixteen years, from 2005 to 2021. As per his Twitter bio, he is also a magician and resides in Covington, Louisiana.
Much is not known about the two sisters Patrice Payton and Molly Payton. However, their parents were originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania, before moving to California. They relocated to Naperville, Illinois when Payton was in seventh grade.
Their mother, Jeanne was born on September 5, 1928, and attended Marywood College and was involved in many volunteer organizations. Unfortunately, she died at the age of 74 on October 18, 2002.
