Before joining FUS Rabat in 2014, Aguerd began his football career at the Mohammed VI Football Academy. The athlete committed to FUS Rabat in Botola in 2014 and got his first professional deal after playing for a season with club amateurs.

He finished second in the 2015 Throne Cup after losing the championship game to Olympique Club de Khouribga in his debut season at FUS Rabat. He opened the scoring for the group in a 3-1 victory against Wydad AC on February 15, 2015.
