Four new head coaches are set to kick off Day 1 of their voluntary offseason program with their respective clubs. The Carolina Panthers, New England Patriots, Seattle Seahawks, and Tennessee Titans will all be commencing Phase One of their offseason program on Monday.

These teams are joining the Atlanta Falcons, Los Angeles Chargers, and Washington Commanders, which began their programs last week. The remaining 25 clubs in the league are scheduled to start their programs on April 15.

The nine-week offseason program is entirely voluntary, except for a one-week mandatory minicamp in June. Phase One, which encompasses the first two weeks of the program, will focus on meetings, strength and conditioning, and physical rehabilitation. Essentially, this phase serves as a “getting-to-know-you” period for the teams.

For new head coaches Dave Canales, Jerod Mayo, Mike Macdonald, and Brian Callahan, their coaching tenures will officially begin today as they embark on this offseason program with their respective clubs.
