Stanley was born on January 23, 1940, in Toledo, OH, he was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley Sr. and Virginia (Zbieranski) Eberflus.
Stanley was a graduate of Woodward High School, he married Joanne (Saba), his high school sweetheart and the love of his life on November 6, 1960. Stan and Joanne were a true “team” in life. They loved and encouraged each other for 54 years.
Stanley completed his electrical apprenticeship and began work as a Journeyman Electrician. He worked for Laibe Electric and later retired as an Electrical Inspector from the City of Toledo. He was a member of IBEW Local 8.
Stanley served on the Board of Directors at St. George Orthodox Cathedral for many years. He was a dedicated church member and was respected by his fellow Christians.
Stanley loved to fish and spend time with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed watching his son, Matt, coach football.
Stanley is survived by his loving wife, Joanne (Saba); children, Christel (Michael) McCaskey, Cindy (Jeff) McClure, Mark (Amy) Eberflus, and Matt (Kelly) Eberflus; sister, Fran (Dick) Briggs; grandchildren, Joshua McCaskey, Zachary McCaskey, Alyssa Eberflus, Jenna McClure, Connor McClure, Grace Eberflus, Parker McClure, Faith Eberflus and Giada Eberflus. His sister, Ruthann Tolliver, and brother, James Eberflus, also preceded him in death.
