There is a justifiable reason why Tom Brady is widely regarded as one of the greatest sportsmen in sports, if not the greatest, in history.

Since coming out of college and being drafted into the NFL in 2000, the American football star has only gotten better and better with each passing year.

No individual player has won more Super Bowls than Brady – he has been champion seven times – and his list of individual honours remains the stuff of legend.

For all of Brady’s achievements, though, it has taken a lot of hard work and perseverance to get to where he currently is. The 45-year-old has a special workout routine named ‘The TB12 method’ which consists of seven different exercises daily.

Even after announcing his retirement in February 2022 and rescinding his decision, Brady believes he still has more to offer, saying: “I’m ready to go. I feel good. I’ve played football for a long time. I’m pretty good at it. Doesn’t take me long for me to remember how to play it.”
