Super Bowl champion Rashee Rice of the Kansas City Chiefs is currently being sought after by police in connection with a multi-car crash in northeast Dallas.
The incident took place on Saturday evening when a Lamborghini and a Corvette, alleged to have been racing each other, collided on the road.
The Lamborghini crashed into the median wall before hitting other vehicles, resulting in minor injuries to four individuals, two of whom were hospitalized.
Among the victims was 27-year-old Kayla Quinn, who witnessed several people flee the scene without checking on the well-being of her and her young son who was in the car with her.
Quinn claimed that no one stopped to offer assistance or ensure their safety, expressing her disappointment at the lack of empathy shown by the individuals involved.
She provided a video to the Dallas Morning News showing a man in a white t-shirt, believed to be associated with the Lamborghini, walking past the crash site. The footage depicted damage to multiple vehicles, including Quinn’s white Hyundai Accent.
Additionally, white cleats left in the Lamborghini and reports of guns and bags being removed from the vehicles have raised concerns.
Authorities suspect that Rice, a 23-year-old player who was a second-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, may have been driving the Corvette at the time of the crash. He is currently wanted for questioning to determine his involvement in the incident.
