It is a 30,000-square-foot residence with six bedrooms, thirteen bathrooms, a wine cellar, a bowling alley, a poker room, and a racquetball court, and a poker room.
The property also includes a 65-foot pool and a guesthouse with two bedrooms. The asking price for the Shanahans’ 2016 listing was $22 million.
Shanahan purchased the four sections of land the house sits on in 2008 for $4 million.
